My story

Meet Venti, a resilient and beautiful 1.5-year-old pup who is officially ready to find her forever family after a bumpy start to life. When Venti was first rescued as a stray, she was severely underweight at just 37 pounds. Shortly after her rescue, she faced another major hurdle when she was diagnosed with parvo. Thanks to quick, life-saving medical treatment, this brave girl fought hard and responded beautifully to her care. Now, just a month later, she is absolutely thriving, gaining weight, and currently weighing in at a healthier 40ish pounds. Venti is a complete sweetheart with a gentle demeanor that makes her a wonderful companion. She absolutely loves other dogs and would likely excel in a home with children who can match her loving nature. While she is fantastic with other canines, her history with cats is currently unknown. This sweet girl is currently waiting in a boarding facility, and is desperate for a cozy couch and a home to finally call her own. She needs a family ASAP to show her what a true forever home feels like.
