Through some compassionate people determined to help, North Star was given a second chance. Despite everything she has been through, she has remained gentle, kind, and full of quiet grace. She may be a little shy when meeting new people or adjusting to a new environment, but all she really needs is a bit of patience and understanding. Once she feels safe, her true personality shines through. She settles in beautifully and becomes the kind of companion who simply makes a house feel like home. North Star gets along wonderfully with other dogs, is good with cats, and does well with children. She enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it's going for walks, exploring new places, or simply enjoying the fresh air with her people.
