My story

Lady Storm was dumped in a neighborhood in Houston, Texas. Her finder tried to gain Lady Storms trust so she could get her off the streets, but she was very wary of humans. However, she loves all dogs and would walk every morning with her finders dogs. Eventually, the finder paid to have Lady Storm trapped to get her off the streets. She spent over a year with her first foster but wasnt getting enough training, so she was moved to her current foster, who has been training her to help her gain more confidence around people. She has made huge progress! She is still a little slow to warm up to people, but she will allow pets if the person is patient with her.Lady Storm prefers women over men, but she will allow pets if the man slowly approaches her. She is not at all aggressive- just shy with humans. She LOVES all dogs and happily plays with any of the dogs in her foster's care,regardless of size or breed.Lady Storm is a beautiful dog black and white with piercing blue eyes. Under her foster's care, she has mastered leash walking and basic commands. She would do best in a household with other dogs and with humans who understand that she will take a little while to warm up to them.
