My story

Mashongs story is a quiet one not filled with big, bold moments, but with gentle progress, soft trust, and the kind of bravery that often goes unnoticed. She came from Korea carrying a sensitive heart, the kind that feels everything deeply. Even now, the world can still seem a little overwhelming to her. The rustle of wind through the trees or the flicker of a passing shadow can make her pause, unsure if shes safe. But Mashong isnt defined by her fear shes defined by how she continues forward anyway, one small, courageous step at a time.In a calm and patient environment, Mashong begins to show her true self. She thrives on routine, finding comfort in her daily walks a peaceful morning outing and a quiet evening stroll. These moments help her feel grounded, and shes learning where she belongs. With a familiar potty spot and a consistent schedule, she becomes more confident and reliable, though she may still need a little understanding as she adjusts to new surroundings.Mashong doesnt rush into trust she takes her time, observing, learning, and slowly letting her guard down. If approached too quickly, she may become frightened and unsure of how to respond. But when someone chooses patience, when they move slowly and speak softly, something beautiful happens. Mashong allows herself to be touched, to be cared for, and little by little, she opens her heart. Even the smallest things show her gentle nature the way she carefully takes treats, slowly and thoughtfully, as if making sure its safe to enjoy them.Despite her timid spirit, she handles grooming with quiet acceptance, allowing baths and care without resistance, showing just how much she wants to trust. Mashong is not the kind of dog who will run into your arms on the first day. She is the kind who will change your life in a quieter, deeper way.She is looking for a forever family who understands that love isnt always loud sometimes, its patient, steady, and incredibly rewarding. For the person willing to move at her pace, to celebrate the small victories, and to offer her a safe and gentle world, Mashong will be more than worth the wait. She will be a reminder that the softest hearts often hold the greatest love. Name: Mashong (20260327-03)Weight: 18lbsAge: 1.5yo (Est.
