Luffy is a bright and lovable boy born to the sweetest gentle tempered Shepherd mama who was rescued from Manitoba during the wildfires. True to his Shepherd roots, he is playful, friendly, and wonderfully clean. He only barks when he spots something worth alerting you to. Hes incredibly smart and highly food-motivated, which makes training and redirection a breeze, and while he has a fun, energetic side, he settles beautifully once hes indoors. He does great in his crate, is not destructive, and is learning his leash manners more every day. He adores affection, though he can get a little overstimulated with too much petting, so he thrives with calm, understanding verbal praise. Luffy would be happiest in an adult-only home where his future family can continue building a lasting bond through his traininghelping this sweet, loyal boy grow into the very best companion hes meant to be.
