My story

We purchased her from a rehoming ad when she was only 3 months old. We've had her for 3 1/2 years and we've always been honest with landlords about her to ensure we complied with housing rules. We are currently in a small apartment which we rented that included a small, gated yard. Landlord has now updated their pet policy which includes not being able to keep her in the yard unattended. Our apartment is too small for her to stay in during the day while we work. She is very energetic and loves to play with other dogs. She's friendly but does get nervous around traffic or other animals when going for walks. She has never tried to attack other dogs in fact she stays calm when approached by unleased dogs. She enjoys baths and belly rubs. She thinks she's a small lap dog and is house trained.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Cookie, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
