My story

Moose is a 5 1/2 year old rescue Doberman/Bully mix that we’ve had since he was 14 weeks old, but my wife and I recently had twins and are unable to dedicate enough time to giving him the wonderful life he deserves. He’s a very sweet boy who is instantly best friends with every person he meets, however he does have a history of dog reactivity and currently takes medication for anxiety. He’s able to interact and play with big dogs in a controlled environment with proper introduction, but may not do well with small dogs. He does well with older children (10+) and loves to play in the yard, however walks can be over-stimulating for him and can trigger his fear of other dogs. He is potty trained, trick trained, and takes to training well. We’re looking for experienced dog owners with some understanding of reactivity to give him a forever home.
