My story

Tundra is a 1-year-old male Husky/Labrador Retriever mix with a handsome face and a gentle soul. This sweet boy was owner released and is now hoping to find a loving family who will give him the second chance he deserves.Tundra does well with kids and is house trained, which is a great start for his future home. He is currently doing well with his kennel mate, showing that he can get along with other dogs. We’re not sure how he does with cats, and it’s also unknown if he is crate trained.Tundra is a very sweet boy who can be a little scared at times and just wants someone who will be patient and understanding with him. With love, reassurance, and a little time to adjust, he’s sure to grow into a wonderful and loyal companion.Tundra is heartworm negative, up to date on his vaccinations, and weighs 55 pounds. This gentle boy is ready to find a home where he can feel safe, loved, and truly understood. 🐾💙Tundra's Adoption Fee is $115.50 plus taxDogs are $115 and puppies are $110 unless otherwise noted. All cats and kittens are $75.00 unless otherwise noted. Our system automatically updates adoptable websites every two hours. Feel free to email or call us with any questions you may have. Our contact number is 270-887-4175. The shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30-4 and is closed daily for lunch from 12:30-1. Adoptions are done on a first come first serve basis for owner releases. Strays have a wait list.
