While he may be a bit fearful at first, he is simply looking for a quiet environment where he can feel safe and secure. Toto will thrive in a calm household with a family that understands the importance of giving him time to warm up. By moving slowly and letting him explore his new surroundings on his own terms, his future adopters will help him build the confidence he needs to shine.
