Bowie aka Bo

My story

Bowie is a very sweet dog that absolutely loves walks, and has learned to tell you he is ready for a walk by staring straight at you and barking until you get up, put on your shoes and walk towards his harness. He does amazing on walks, with no pulling, loves to smell everything and stop to leave his scent as often as he can. He loves to lay around when he has decided he is done playing, we are working on fetch which he thinks is lots of fun but doesn’t understand the part of needing to bring the ball back. He is very loving but definitely will tell you he is unhappy with certain things such as trying to get him up when he doesn’t want to or trying to move him when it isn’t where he wants to go. Bowie has done great with my daughter (15) and I. He definitely needs a slow reaction to any other dogs that will be in the house, as our French bulldog isn’t the biggest fan but they are able to sleep in the same bed and hang out in the same room. At the beginning Bowie was food aggressive, but him and my dog can now be fed in the same room and I can give them each a treat while sitting next to each other so it has improved considerably. I think Bowie would love to have a big dog to play and wrestle with.
