My story

Lola returns…patiently waiting for her second forever home! A kind, animal-loving realtor rescued Lola near Big Canoe from a property she was representing. The property owner had suddenly passed away leaving Lola confused and wondering what happened to her happy home where she had lived for seven years. Upon receiving the information and photos from the realtor, we suspected this was Lola who had been adopted from BCAR by a nearby family years before. A microchip check confirmed it was indeed Lola! After getting a clean bill of health at the vet, she has been placed with one of our wonderful fosters where she is proving to be very affectionate and the perfect lap cat. She is a mature lady of approximately nine years searching for her own indoor home. She will do best as an only cat, possibly an only pet; we do not know how she does with dogs. Lola is available for adoption and can be seen at the home of her foster.
