My story

Oy, I’m Roy, and I’m enjoying the luxurious indoor life. Unlike my namesake (Roy Kent from Ted Lasso!), I am outgoing and friendly. You know we orange kittens are crazily cute. I have tons of kitten energy and love to play. I hope you have lots of toys because I’m a bit of a toy hog! A companion to wrestle with would be great, too! Once I’m all tuckered out and ready to wind down, I do the cutest thing – suck on the tip of my tail like a pacifier! I would love a warm lap where I can curl up, purr, and suck on my tail-“paci” after a long play session. Are you interested in adopting this kitten or another JCAPL pet you have seen? You'll need to start by completing an adoption application, available online at our website: www.jcapl.org. There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. We review applications in the order they are received. Completed applications can be sent via email to adopt@jcapl.org , faxed to 919-300-5524 or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at PetSmart in Garner (White Oak Shopping Center or Timber Drive next to Home Depot).
