My story

Meet Ralphie! He is an approximately 6 year old, male, Lab/Poodle mix who weighs approximately 57 lbs. He was surrendered because his owner was no longer able to care for him. He is a sweet boy who appears to be friendly with female dogs and loves to play! He has a higher prey drive and would not do well in a home with small dogs or cats. His previous owner says he is house trained, and leash trained and eager to please. Ralphie is neutered, microchipped, current on his rabies vaccination, booster to date and heartworm negative. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption.
