My story

Hi! I'm Kirby! I'm an approximately 7 month old, male, Pit mix what weighs around 40 lbs. I was found off Rockbrook Drive in Rockwall on 03/20/2025 and never reclaimed. I am a sweet and spunky puppy who is looking for a family who has lots of love and plenty of time to help me become the best family friend I can be! I love to run and play and am working on learning puppy games. I will need help with crate/house training and basic commands. Right now, I am learning how to walk like a gentleman on a leash. I am a very playful guy and would prefer an adult only home or a family that has kids 16 years old and older. My adoption fee is $125. I am neutered, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccination, basic boosters are up to date, and I am heartworm negative! Meet and greets will be by approved application only since I am still just a baby. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption.
