My story

🐾 Meet Cashews! 🐾 This handsome 2-year-old, 70 lb mixed breed (Husky/Shepherd/Hound) is as smart as he is charming! Standing 23” at the shoulder and 28” to the head, Cashews is a big bundle of love looking for his forever family. ✅ Up-to-date on vaccines ✅ Neutered & healthy ✅ House & crate trained ✨ Training & Manners: Cashews already knows his basics — sit, stay, come, leave it, paw, and go to your bed. He’s a polite boy who doesn’t climb on furniture, jump on people, or go into off-limit rooms (like kitchens and bedrooms). He’s generally a great walker and doesn’t pull, though “heel” can sometimes depend on his excitement level. 😉 ✨ Social Butterfly: Cashews is basically the Mayor of the Dog Park! He loves greeting every pup and human he meets, and he’s wonderful with children. He’s never shown aggression toward people or other dogs and has no food or resource guarding issues. (Though he may sneakily stash a toy or ball under his bed for later!) ✨ Personality: Cashews is affectionate, goofy, and independent. He loves to explore at the park and sometimes forgets about his humans until it’s time to go home 🤣. He can be a little stubborn when distracted but responds quickly with gentle reminders. He ultimately wants to please and thrives when given guidance. 🏡 Ideal Home: Cashews would do best in a large family environment where he can soak up lots of attention. He does great with kids and other dogs, though he hasn’t been tested with cats yet. If you’re looking for a loving, social, and smart companion, Cashews might just be your perfect match! ❤️🐶 📍 Location: Coral Springs, FL 📞 Contact: 206-909-5957

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Cashews, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
