My story

I have eyes that are beautiful and rather large. The beauty of my eyes fits the beauty of me. Although I may be better in a single-cat household, if you give me time, I can adjust to other cats. You see, I come from a house with many other cats, but it will take me a little time to get to know my housemates. I am all about receiving attention. I like my ears scratched and my chin. I am not much for being held and picked up, though. I will sit next to you on the sofa or in a chair. I am a little bit older, so toys right now aren't my big thing. One-on-one time with my person is what I truly like. I'm ready to settle in with my new forever family. Are you interested in adopting Diamond or another JCAPL pet you have seen? You'll need to start by completing an adoption application, available online at our website: www.jcapl.org. There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. We review applications in the order they are received. Completed applications can be sent via email to adopt@jcapl.org , faxed to 919-300-5524 or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at PetSmart in Garner (White Oak Shopping Center or Timber Drive next to Home Depot).
