My story

Missy is a 3-month-old sweetheart with a soft spirit and a strong sense of independence. She may be a little shy at first, but give her a moment—and maybe a treat or two—and she’ll melt into a purring cuddle companion. Her motor runs constantly, and her gentle presence brings calm wherever she goes.With indoor and outdoor experience, Missy’s also a skilled little mouser and loves to nap in high places where she can keep an eye on her kingdom. She’s great with elderly folks, kind with kids, and gets along well with other cats.Missy is litter box trained, treat-obsessed, and perfectly content doing her own thing—until she decides it’s time for snuggles. If you’re looking for a kitten who’s quietly confident, endlessly sweet, and full of charm, Missy is ready to meet you.****************All animals at HSO are current on their vaccinations and will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption. If not already spayed/neutered, there may be a short delay between when you select this pet and when they are ready to go home.Breed and age are determined based on observable physical traits. Actual lineage and birth date are rarely known.Adoption Fees:-$60 for cats-$60 for dogs over 6 years-$80 for dogs 6 months old to 6 years-$100 for puppies up to 6 monthsCome visit our pets Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-2pm.
