My story

Meet Tristan! He was so photogenic! and also very cooperative. He is a 2yr-old 53lb blue-eyed Siberian Husky/Akita mix that arrived at the Mesquite Animal Shelter on 8/13 as a stray. It’s inconceivable to me that his owners have not come for him because he’s exceptionally well mannered and affectionate. He appears to have been well taken care of. He was very patient when being brushed and will need that periodically. He comes to you for loving. He backs up and wants to sit but doesn’t appear to know that command. He is extremely sweet, docile, gentle, calm, and wags his tail to show you he’s happy. He loves to be petted and loved on. He walked right along beside me without pulling. He did not have a reaction to other dogs. He’s about as perfect as you can get in a dog. He would love to have a secured tall fenced yard to play in, but most importantly live indoors where he can be comfy and cuddle close to his human companions. He is very charming guy that wants to find his final loving family. We are smitten with him, please come meet him.
