He’s a happy-go-lucky boy who loves to be around people and dogs alike. While he has plenty of puppy energy and adores playtime, he’s also great at settling down for a nap when it’s time to rest. Goose would thrive in a home ready to continue his training, give him structure, and of course, lots of love.He loves playing chase, wrestling, or sharing toys with his doggie buddies, and he’s especially fond of running around outside with his siblings. He’s been friendly with every human he’s met and has also interacted well with children between ages 6 and 13. Gooseberry takes cues well from other dogs and tends to give space if another dog doesn’t seem interested in being friends. He’s seen cats and didn’t show much interest, so he would likely do well in a home with a dog-savvy cat.Gooseberry is a quick learner and already knows cues like “sit,” “stay,” “down,” and “no.” He’s incredibly perceptive and seems to understand both people and pups with ease. He is house trained and crate trained, comfortably spending 5–6 hours in his crate during the day and sleeping in it at night. Gooseberry walks well on a leash and enjoys getting out and about with his humans.This gentle, loving pup has stolen his foster’s heart, and he’s sure to steal yours too.
