This medium-energy girl likes to run and play, but she settles right down when it’s time for her to soak up some affection from her people. After spending her short life in a shelter, Nicki is excited to learn what it’s like to live in a home and be part of a family.Nicki has a calm greeting style when she meets other dogs, but she quickly switches to being friends and wanting to play. She likes to approach new people slowly to sniff them, and once she’s had the time and space to do that she’s fast friends with everyone she meets! Nicki hasn’t spent time with kids or cats yet, but with her gentle and affectionate nature she would likely do well with both. This sweet girl’s favorite activities are playtime with other pups and cuddling with her humans.Nicki is smart and eager to improve her puppy manners. She is working hard on her house training and crate training, and with time, patience, and consistency, she will undoubtedly continue to make progress. Nicki is excited to learn and grow with her new family, whether it’s developing her leash skills, going on adventures, or finding the best spots to take a nap.Nicki is looking for a loving family who can give her the companionship and care she’s been waiting for.
