My story

Meet Fifi! This fearless and playful pup is packed with personality and ready to take on the world. Fifi is full of spunk and confidence—whether she’s wrestling with her 80+ lb foster sibling, choosing the biggest toy in the yard, or launching herself into new adventures, she’s always game for a good time. After a full day of play, she loves to cuddle up at your feet or nestle under your legs for a nap. Fifi is very food motivated and eager to learn. She’s already picking up on basic cues like sit, has great name recognition, and will patiently wait for meals. She travels beautifully in the car and enjoys exploring the world on walks, though she can be a bit zig-zaggy and curious, as puppies are! Fifi currently lives with another dog and thrives in their company, especially if they’re balanced and patient—she’s fearless, a little “spicy,” and doesn’t always take social cues seriously! While she doesn’t currently live with a cat, she has in a previous foster home and did well. She’s met kids aged 8+ and enjoyed the attention, but because she’s in her jumpy, mouthy “baby shark” stage, any children in the home will need to be closely supervised. Fifi is not a huge fan of being carried, and she’ll let you know it with her signature husky bark! She’s a vocal pup, especially during playtime, and may not be the best match for shared-wall living. Potty training is going great—she’ll whine and sit at the door to go out—but crate training has been paused after a dental injury. That said, she now sleeps peacefully on the floor next to her foster’s bed through the night. Fifi’s ideal home is an active one, with adopters committed to continuing her training and helping her channel her bold energy into good habits.
