Derby is sweet-natured and easygoing—perfect for cuddling up after a fun day of adventure. He’s doing wonderfully with potty training and happily trots outside by your side (especially if treats are involved!). At night, Derby sleeps peacefully in his kennel and greets you in the morning with happy tail wags and soft puppy kisses. Derby made the long trip from Alabama to Minnesota with his six siblings and is now ready to find a forever home of his own. He loves everyone he meets—people, dogs, even cats—but his absolute favorite thing? Cuddling. Whether it's in your lap or curled up beside you, Derby is happiest when he's close to his humans. He’s calm, mild-mannered, and full of love to give. Derby enjoys playtime but is just as content relaxing and soaking up snuggles. He'll be ready to go home in mid-August and would make a wonderful addition to a family who values quiet moments, unconditional love, and a little puppy warmth.
