My story

Meet Margo! She is an approximately 1 year old, female, Heeler/Cattledog mix who weighs approximately 24 lbs. She was found with her siblings off 276 and 549 in Rockwall and never reclaimed. She is excited to find her second chance and a family who has the time and patience to let her come out of her shell! She has not been tested with cats or kids but if you have another dog in the home, a meet and greet is encouraged to make sure they get along. Margo will need help learning everything from walking on a leash to house training but is a very smart girl who can learn very quickly! Margo is very shy at first but as soon as she warms up, she turns into a little, bundle of fun! Her adoption fee is $125. She is spayed, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccination, basic boosters, and heartworm negative. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption.
