Martin Kitten

My story

Martin has gone from feral cat colony to sitting on laps. Martin and brother Steve are from a feral cat colony, where they were rescued at 8-weeks-old. Their rescuer made sure to get them socialized, neutered, dewormed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Now at 3-mos-old, they are both ready for homes! Martin is very social and VERY playful. Be prepared for a whirling dervish who then will crash for 10 hours straight. He enjoys being stroked and sitting on laps. He is litterbox trained and eats well. Martin can still get scared of loud noises but recovers quickly. He would do best in a quiet to mildly loud household. He does well with my 10-yr-old daughter and will curl up in her lap to purr. He does not even mind belly rubs. He shows good self-restraint when he play nips. He does like to sometimes launch at ankles. Martin is just a fun kitten who will grow up to be a playful, cool adult! He does not need to be adopted with his brother, Steve. They are showing signs that they would be okay separated and do not rely on one another for safety or comfort. However, I do feel he would do well in a home with another confident, playful cat!
