My story

LOVES TO CUDDLE WITH HIS HOOMANS  DOB 3/1/25, expected weight 12-15 pounds Hey there, everyone! I’m Peanut, and I’m a sweet, friendly, and affectionate blonde Chihuahua mix fella with a white vest and mittens! I weighed 9 pounds when I was 5 months old, but I may weigh 12-15 pounds when I'm full grown. I thrive on attention, so I do best with lots of close family contact. Wouldn’t you know that cuddling in Foster Mom’s lap is my favorite spot and where I require plenty of quality time? I adore playing with the small dogs in my foster home, and I get along great with the resident cats and with kids. My size makes me an ideal apartment dog, but I relish my daily exercise. Nothing makes me happier than for Foster Mom to invest her time and energy into treating me like a big dog. I make it easy for her because I already walk well on a leash. True confessions: I’m still working on getting housebroken and kennel-trained. I was found with on the side of the Highway 288. If I was “dumped,” I’ll never tell! Thank heavens a Good Samaritan stopped and scooped me up because I’m much too small to fend for myself. I was so grateful to be welcomed into my foster home, but I’m now ready to bring my high cuteness factor and loving personality to my forever home. Could that be with you?
