My story

Hi, my name is Tinker! I was rescued by Heartland from CACC last September. I was dealing with some medical issues, but Heartland found me wonderful foster homes where I was able to relax and get stronger. I’m a laid-back and chill senior kitty. All I wish for is a soft lap to lay on, a window to watch the birdies, lots of gentle scritches, a few catnip toys, and oodles of treats! Foster mom says I should tell you more about myself … The bestest about me: ~ I’m super even-tempered ~ I love to be near you or hang out on your lap ~ I won’t wake you in the morning, even though I’m hungry ~ I’m not a fussy eater, though I do like variety ~ I don’t beg at the table. I may stare at you until you decide to ‘do the right thing’ and offer me a taste. While I’m not all that fond of people food, I do love rotisserie chicken, string cheese and Cheetos! ~ I’m super smart - I know how to find treats in my snuffle mat and puzzle mouse The sTinker in me: ~ I will steal your spot if you get up, then whine when you ask me to move ~ I can be rather talkative if I’m ready for my breakfast or dinner ~ Because I really really really like treats, foster mom has to keep them put away or in screw top containers ~ I dislike going in my carrier, and will be quite vocal about it. (But, I don’t fight when it’s time.) ~ My cuteness and gentle spirit will make your heart explode! Sorry, not sorry! Do you think we’d be the purrfect match?
