My story

North is at our shelter. Please submit an application from our website or just come in to meet her during open hours! Scroll through her pictures to see her cute videos! It is truly shocking that North was a longterm resident at Chicago Animal Care and Control, having arrived there in mid-March after being brought in as a stray. North was very shy at first, which is likely why she flew under the radar for so long. She was a volunteer and staff favorite at CACC. She attended enrichment classes there, and activities such as nosework really helped her confidence grow. North is small, cuddly, and has impeccable manners. She is a great age where she is still playful but not overly energetic. She has enjoyed all the walks in the fresh air as well as the doggie playdates we offer our resident pups. We are so happy to have North here, and know she is going to make someone so happy! Please come in to meet her soon! North’s adoption fee is $250. This animal is spayed, up to date on core vaccines, and Heartworm negative.
