Say hello to Sara, a lovely 6-year-old black and white pit bull mix with a heart as big as her beautiful smile. Found as a stray, Sara is now looking for a forever home where she can finally relax and be cherished.Sara is a gentle soul who already knows a few good manners — she’s got “sit” and “shake” down pat! She thrives with human connection and would love nothing more than to be your shadow around the house, soaking up attention and offering quiet companionship.She would do best in a home where she can be the only pet — she prefers the company of people over other animals. Sara doesn’t engage in play with other dogs and would rather avoid their company altogether. She’s also a bit too curious about cats, so we recommend a feline-free home.Because of her size and strength, we suggest she be placed in a home with children 10 years and older who can respect her space and help her feel safe and loved.Sara may not be the dog-park type, but if you’re looking for a loyal, mellow best friend who will be happy just hanging out with you, Sara is your girl.Ready to meet this sweet soul?
