With a medium energy level, Hardy loves to run and play, but also knows how to settle down and relax. He’d do well in a home ready to give him a balance of activity and downtime, along with plenty of affection—because this guy lives for people and kisses!Hardy gets along great with other dogs and enjoys romping around with new friends. He has been especially playful with pups his size and energy level. Hardy has met kids between the ages of 8–15 and has been wonderfully gentle, though due to his size and occasional prancing, he should be supervised around smaller children.This social, eager-to-please pup is both crate and house trained. He settles quickly in his crate and happily goes in for a treat. He’s had no accidents in his southern foster home and thrives on a predictable routine. Hardy is still working on leash manners and may pull, but he responds well to gentle corrections. Due to his strength and size, he’ll need a confident handler who can guide him as he continues to improve.With his soulful eyes, loving personality, and goofy spins of joy, Hardy is ready to be someone’s loyal best friend.
