My story

United Animal Friends volunteers describe Dolly as being “pretty much the perfect cat.” The brave, well-adjusted 2-year-old will seek a bit of adventure around the house, but will also be a purring, affectionate smooch on your lap and in your bed at night. She is a textbook balance of lovable and playful. Dolly gets along with other cats and will quickly accept other felines you already have. She has gratefully transitioned from living in an outside colony to being a gentle indoor cat who will bring love and companionship to her forever home. What more could you hope for? The shorthair brown tabby is current on vaccinations, is spayed and is microchipped. Our adoption fee for one altered adult cat (1 year to 7 years old) is $85 which helps cover expenses (vaccinations, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets United Animal Friends rescues. There is a discounted adoption fee for a second cat that is adopted at the same time. If you have any questions or to adopt a cat from United Animal Friends (UAF) an application must be filled out. Filling out this form does not obligate you to adopt, but gives us the information needed to make sure the pet is suited to your home. Then follow the UAF website directions below: From the United Animal Friends website: Select "Adoptable Cats" and pick the cat you are interested in. To apply to adopt, open the cat's profile, and click the gray "Apply for Adoption" button to get started.
