My story

"My name is Vesuvius Conestoga. I was born with a diaphragmatic hernia and wasn't doing well at all when I was first rescued. The hernia basically stopped me from passing waste and it was building up in my body. The awesome people at Project MEOW paid for my very expensive surgery and helped save my life! After surgery I went to a medical foster to bring me through surgery and help me until I fully healed. Through this, we learned to love each other and he adopted me and I've never been happier. Unfortunately Daddy is losing his housing and now I have to find another loving family to call mine. Daddy is very sad about this, but he will make sure I find a loving home where I can continue to be spoiled. I am very chatty and opinionated and I'll let you know exactly how I feel at all times. Like: pet me, don't touch me there, or I'll come over and flop on top of you and demand attention. I love wet food and snacks, too. I live with other cats and we all get along just fine. I am healthy and happy, and ready to share my sweet personality." Vesuvius Conestoga is 4-5 years old and is neutered, FeLV and FIV negative, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter box trained. He is affectionate, cuddly, friendly, gentle, smart, opinionated and chatty! Adoption fee: $100 (plus tax)
