My story

With a name like Rabbit’s Foot, you just know this orange tabby with white is bringing the good luck—and a whole lot of fun! This bouncy bundle of energy is always on the move, zipping from toy to toy and zooming around the room with joy. He’s got a playful spirit, a curious mind, and a heart full of sunshine. Rabbit’s Foot is the kind of cat who turns every day into an adventure. He thrives on playtime, attention, and anything that lets him burn off some of his endless energy. If you're looking for a fun-loving feline who will keep you entertained and make you laugh, this lucky boy is ready to hop into your life and heart! Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt! DON'T FORGET! Cats often do better with a friend! All our cats and kittens have an "Adopt one and the 2nd at half the adoption fee!" bonus!!! Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
