My story

Niah is a sweet, playful pup full of puppy energy and charm! She`s done wonderfully with the two resident dogs in her foster home and loves sharing toys and playtime with them. While her compatibility with cats is still unknown, she`s had positive interactions with kids around 8–10 years old at an adoption event.Niah is housebroken and crate-trained, however, like many young pups, she’s still learning what’s okay to chew on—so she should not be left unattended outside the crate just yet. She’s not too interested in fetch, but she’s a polite sharer and enjoys romping around the yard. A fenced yard would be ideal, as she loves having space to run and play. Car rides? She might need a moment to hop in, but once she`s in, she’s a calm and quiet passenger with no signs of anxiety. Niah is still mastering leash walking and discovering what her favorite toys might be. With some patience and continued training, she’s sure to blossom into an amazing companion. Niah is looking for a loving home that understands puppy energy, provides structure, and can offer her the attention and care she needs to thrive. Could that be you?Adoption fee is $360Email: dogs@almosthomefoundation.orgAlmost Home Foundation`s adoption requirements:(1) Be at least 21 years of age;(2) Have the consent of all adults living in the household;(3) Have approval from the residence owner;(4) Have valid ID with current address;(5) Be approved by Almost Home Foundation as a suitable adoptive home; and`(6) Live in the suburbs surrounding Schaumburg (Illinois Residents only)*** Please note that Almost Home Foundation accepts only cash, Zelle, or checks for adoption fees; we do not accept debit or credit cards. ***
