My story

Marisol is a spunky little Domestic Shorthair with enough personality to fill a whole room. This wild child has energy to spare and a flair for the dramatic. Whether she's zooming around the house, chasing shadows, or showing off her acrobatic jumps, Marisol does everything with confidence and sass. She struts like she owns the place—because in her mind, she absolutely does. But don't let the antics fool you—this girl knows the value of a good nap. After all that play, Marisol loves curling up in a sunny spot or a cozy corner to recharge. She's the perfect mix of high-energy fun and snuggly downtime, and she's ready to bring a little extra spark to your home. Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt! DON'T FORGET! Cats often do better with a friend! All our cats and kittens have an "Adopt one and the 2nd at half the adoption fee!" bonus!!! Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
