My story

Meet Soldier!Soldier was born outdoors and lived his short life on the streets until he decided it wasn`t where he wanted to be just a few weeks ago! After one of our rough thunderstorms, he followed a `porch cat` to the home he frequents and proceeded to scream and cry (he has quite a voice) until the people inside heard him and came out. Unfortunately, despite his fear and hunger, he couldn`t bring himself to approach the people who would help him. Thankfully, after several hours of craftily evading the trap they set, he finally went all the way in and was able to be brought to safety! After a good night`s rest and a very full belly, Soldier showed how grateful he was for his rescue. He was full of love and purrs, flops and asking for belly rubs. Soldier is a total love bug, and we`re so excited to find him a forever home!*Our cats are looking for indoor only homes.*All Paws Rescue cats have been spayed or neutered, microchipped, tested for FELV/FIV, dewormed, and have received all age-appropriate vaccines.
