My story

Rupert earned his name thanks to his grumpy old man attitude during the first week in rescue - but don’t be fooled! That grumble quickly turned into the loudest purr of all his siblings. Despite being a tad more reserved than his sisters, he’s still a playful and outgoing little man. His confidence has grown exponentially since arriving in his foster home. These days, Rupert is equal parts cuddlebug and curious adventurer. He loves playing with wand toys, jumping in and out of cardboard boxes, and snuffling around cozy blankets on the floor - especially when catnip is involved! When his foster’s lap isn’t available, you’ll usually find Rupert snuggled up with his kitten siblings or curled next to the foster’s two large, cat-friendly dogs. Rupert would do best in a home with someone who enjoys interactive play! Since he has always been around other kitten playmates, he needs to be adopted with one of his siblings (available soon) or into a home with another friendly cat to keep him company. He has not been around children, but would be ok with older children who are experienced with energetic cats. Rupert is 4 months old. He is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He is being fostered in Colorado Springs. His adoption fee is $150. If you ready to adopt this adorable kitten, please submit an application today at https://www.fromforgottentoforever.com/catadoptionapplication/

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Rupert, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
