Thankfully, a compassionate neighbor stepped in to help him find his way into rescue. 🐶 **Personality and Traits:** Oliver is a great young dog with a ton of potential. He's smart, very trainable, and full of energy. He loves to run, jump, and play, especially with other dogs as seen in his YouTube video! While he may accidentally knock down small animals or kids due to his exuberance, he's incredibly affectionate and eager to give enthusiastic kisses to anyone who crosses his path. Oliver walks well on a leash, is kennel and house trained, and would thrive in a home with a yard and plenty of human companionship. 🩺 **Health:** Though Oliver does have some hip dysplasia, he shows no clinical symptoms and it doesn't bother him in the least.
