My story

Pekoe and OolongThese two young black beauties are truly two peas in a pod! They are deeply bonded - you'll often find them cuddling or napping together, offering each other comfort and security.They came to us from a large intake of cats who had very limited interaction with humans. While they are not aggressive or mean in any way, they are currently quite anxious and stressed as they adjust to new experiences. Our dedicated staff and volunteers have been working hard with them, and they are slowly learning that people can be trusted.Because of their close bond, these two must be adopted together. They would do best in a quiet, patient home where they can continue to build confidence at their own pace. A home with responsible teens and/or another friendly cat would be suitable.With time, understanding, and the right environment, these sweet young cats have every chance of blossoming into playful, affectionate companions.
