Meet Pippin ACCT-A-222548! Pippin is a 4-year-old male who came in as a stray on 6/9. Medical Notes: Per staff 6/11: “-Multiple incisors are missing, 204 & 304 (canines) are missing along with most of the premolars on L side. Heavy dental calculus on remaining back teeth.” Per an exam on 6/10: -Bright, alert, responsive, nice, loves pets -Body condition score 9/9 Assessment: -Obese - Mild azotemia - r/o pre-renal vs CKD vs other - Hyperglobulinemia - r/o dehydration vs inflammation vs neoplasia - Elevated ALP - r/o inflammation vs infectious vs other -CBC/Chem17/Lytes: plt 49 (L) - plt clumping noted, creat 1.8 (H), glob 5.6 (H), ALP 126 (H), Lipase 1476 (H) Per an intake exam on 6/10: -Eyes are cloud with green o/d -Ears are waxxy -Sneezing with green nasal d/c -Missing upper left k9 and all teeth on that side missing all incisors missing all right side teeth but right top and bottom k9 yellowing -BAR scared but friendly Per finder: “Shy” ACCT Philly is located at 111 West Hunting Park Ave in Philadelphia.
