My story

Mom JENGA is a 2 yr old, devoted mama to just short of 2 month old kittens Uno, Clue and Chess.  She is described by her foster mom as “the epitome of a loving companion.” She delights in sunbathing and chatting with birds.  She’s gentle and trusting.  She loves people, other cats and is doing fine with a cat friendly dog.  Her left eye sustained injury long ago that was not treated and caused the retina to detach.  According to our vet there is no treatment or surgery available.  She will always be blind in that eye.  It doesn’t bother her though occasionally it will get a little red, so the foster puts a drop of over-the-counter Visine eye drops in when that occurs.  She just puts her on her lap, does the drop, no problem.   Currently settling into the Cat Adoption Center at Chow Down in Evergreen.  Be sure to complete a cat application at www.eapl.com.  After being approved for adoption, you can take home the cat best suited to you. If you have any questions or would like to adopt Jenga, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
