My story

Meet Tinkerbell!When Tinkerbell and her brother, Michael, came into the shelter, they were both very nervous around people. It took a number of weeks for volunteers to earn their trust, but now they come out into their cat room to play with visitors and accept pets from their trusted humans!Tinkerbell LOVES other cats, and she`s very happy to meet new feline friends who help her to come out of her shell at the shelter. She spends most of her time in her cat room running around with her brother and other friendly roommates. She`s less sure about meeting new humans, however treats can be used as a quick way to earn her attention and love! And once that love and trust is earned, she`s a joy to be around. Tinkerbell loves toys, especially springs and cat wands, and will entertain herself with them if she is too nervous to ask a human to play. She enjoys being on laps very much, and her silky smooth fur is lovely to pet while she`s there! It may take a few visits with her to get to the point where she`s willing to lay on your lap, but anyone who is willing to put in the time to make friends with Tinkerbell is sure to have a best friend for life!Tinkerbell would do best in a quieter home, and would get along well with other cats.
