He may be small, but he’s got a bright and inquisitive personality that shines through.Shorty is a gentle and sweet pup who enjoys the company of people and other dogs. He’s not one to demand attention, but once he knows you, he’s happy to snuggle up and be your quiet companion. His calm energy and kind nature make him a wonderful match for a home that can offer him patience, love, and cozy places to relax.Whether he’s sniffing around the yard, lounging in a comfy bed, or soaking up affection from his people, Shorty is just happy to be part of a loving family. If you`re looking for a small and sweet friend to brighten your days, Shorty is your guy!*******Before being rescued, many of our dogs had limited socialization, so they may need some time to adjust to life as a family pet. Older kids are often a great fit for our dogs, and homes with younger children will be considered based on each dog’s individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may take a little extra patience and practice. However, with time and a gentle approach, most of these dogs adapt quickly.
