HIGHLIGHT:- Heartworm positive but currently undergoing treatmentMeet Haley – A Calm and Curious CompanionHaley is a 5-year-old Schnauzer weighing 18 pounds, and she’s as sweet and gentle as they come. With her calm demeanor and curious nature, Haley is the perfect pup for someone looking for a quiet and affectionate companion.She gets along well with other dogs and enjoys exploring her surroundings at a relaxed pace. Haley may take a little time to warm up, but once she does, you’ll see just how loving and loyal she can be. Her soft eyes and calm energy make her a comforting presence to have by your side.Haley is currently undergoing treatment for heartworm and will need a family who can support her as she continues her journey to full health. In return, she promises endless affection and quiet companionship.********Before being rescued, many of our dogs had limited socialization, so they may need some time to adjust to life as a family pet. Older kids are often a great fit for our dogs, and homes with younger children will be considered based on each dog’s individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may take a little extra patience and practice. However, with time and a gentle approach, most of these dogs adapt quickly.
