Percy is a sweet and sensitive boy who’s still getting used to the hustle and bustle of the shelter. Loud noises can startle him, but behind those cautious eyes is a loving heart just waiting to feel safe and secure. Once he feels comfortable, Percy enjoys gentle pets, cozy nap spots, and watching the world go by from a sunny windowsill.
