My story

DOB: July 27th, 2023 Meet Mewdini, the magical lovebug! Mewdini is a sweet, charismatic boy with a big personality. He loves being part of family life—whether he’s watching TV with his humans, keeping his foster mom company in the kitchen, or snoozing in his hammock beside his people at night. He’ll greet you at the door after work and happily follow you around the house (yes, even into the bathroom!). Mewdini is strong and athletic. He loves playing with springs and catnip pillows, but also likes a larger prey, such as a big soft toy or a human who happens to be passing by. After his breakfast, he would typically invite his foster mom to play, by striking a pose and zooming into another room at full speed. He's still learning to play gently and can get a bit feisty during play time, so a home that understands cat body language and boundaries will be perfect for him. Mewdini has a healthy appetite and isn’t picky—he thinks kibble is a treat and will even play fetch with it! He’s curious about his humans’ food, so whenever they are having a meal, he is right there waiting for an opportunity. He has surprisingly refined tastes for fruits like kiwi, strawberry and peach. He seems to get along with other cats, though he can sometimes be a little bold with his foster sister. Mewdini is currently on a once-daily inhaler for possible asthma, but he takes it like a champ. He is showing improvement, and the dosage has been slowly reduced over the last few weeks to determine if he still needs an inhaler regularly. While there is a potential Mewdini can be fully weaned off his inhaler, there is also a chance that his condition may require their continued use. To keep him comfortable, he’ll need a scent- and smoke-free home and dust-free litter. This charming tabby boy would thrive in a loving home where he’ll have plenty of playtime, companionship, and affection—balanced with a little personal space when he’s ready to recharge. If you’re looking for a cat who will make you laugh, keep you company, and bring joy to your home, Mewdini may be your perfect match.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Mewdini, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
