Riggs is an intelligent, obedient dog with a sleek athletic build. ABOUT RIGGS:- 4+ year old, Boxer Mix, Medium-sized, 55 lbs- Riggs came to EHS as an unclaimed stray- Riggs is well trained and knows his training cues- He enjoys the company of the people he trusts and enjoys an active lifestyle- He can take time to warm up to strangers but does well with calm people and - calm greetings- Riggs is neutered, house-trained, microchipped and has his core vaccinationsRIGG'S IDEAL HOME:- Riggs needs a quiet home, with structure, routine and few visitors, he can be anxious around new people- Riggs will make a great companion for a single adult or couple- Riggs would thrive with owners who are committed to an active lifestyle - regular walks and hikes- A detached home with direct access to a fully fenced yard in the country or quiet neighbourhood- A family willing to work with his trainer on an ongoing basis to learn how to focus his energy, this has benefited him greatly- No small children, cats, small dogs or other small pets in the homeFor more information about Riggs, contact his Adoption Coordinator at mgy.ehs@gmail.com VISIT: www.etobicokehumanesociety.com to apply to adopt
