Meet Liv – Your Loyal Shadow and Snuggle Buddy! 🐾💛Hi there, I’m Liv! I’m a 2-year-old Shepherd/Hound mix with a gentle heart, a calm spirit, and 62 pounds of pure love and loyalty. I’m a happy-go-lucky kind of gal who just wants to be where the people (and the snacks!) are.I absolutely love other dogs and do my best when I’ve got a furry friend to hang out with or a human who’s home more often than not. I get a little anxious when left alone, and I’ve been known to dig when I’m feeling lonely—but when I’m with my doggie buddies in playgroups, that digging habit disappears! So, a home with another friendly pup or someone who can spend lots of time with me would be a dream come true.I’ve got a calm demeanor and a heart of gold. I’m very food motivated, which makes me easy to train, and I’m already great on a leash. I load up into a car without a fuss and ride like a pro. I also know how to use a doggie door, and while I haven’t officially been labeled as housetrained, I always do my business outside my kennel space—which is a pretty good sign that I’ve got the right idea!Cuddling is one of my favorite things, and I’ll happily curl up next to you for a cozy nap or keep you company while you relax. I’m just an easygoing girl looking for love and a place to belong.❤️ A quick note: I am heartworm positive. Don’t let that scare you—it’s a treatable condition, and the shelter will be happy to discuss the care I need. Actual lineage and birth date are rarely known.Adoption Fees:-$60 for cats-$60 for dogs over 6 years-$80 for dogs 6 months old to 6 years-$100 for puppies up to 6 monthsCome visit our pets Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-2pm.
