My story

Meet Birdie – A Graceful Grey Beauty Looking for Her Forever Home Birdie is a stunning all-grey cat with a gentle presence and curious spirit. She was rescued in Chicago by one of our amazing TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) partners, and now she's ready to start her new chapter in a loving home. While we’re still getting to know Birdie’s full personality, she’s shown all the classic signs of a sweet companion—curious about her surroundings, appreciative of cozy napping spots, and always keeping a watchful eye on what you’re up to. Like most cats, she’ll probably enjoy a sunny window perch, a good stretch and scratch session, and the occasional zoomie for fun. Birdie is looking for a family that can offer her a safe, warm space to settle in and show off her true colors. Whether she ends up being a lap cat, a playful explorer, or a little of both, one thing's for sure—she's ready to be loved. Dog sociability: Possibly with proper slow introduction to cat-friendly dog. Cat sociability: Possibly with proper slow introduction Kid sociability: Likely with proper introduction! Likes: Living inside, gentle pets, scheduled feedings Dislikes: Loud noises, scary movies. The adoption fee is $100. All cats are up to date on vaccines, spayed/neutered, and microchipped.
