My story

Hi! I'm Avril! I'm an approximately 11 week old (as of 04/23/2025), female, Pit/Lab puppy who weighs about 19lbs? I was found with a friend on John King in Rockwall on 04/16/2025 and never reclaimed. I am a playful pup with plenty of puppy energy to keep my new family entertained! I will need a family who has plenty of time and patience to help me become the best family companion I can be. I am scheduled for my spay on Wednesday, April 30th and will be required to return to the shelter for this procedure. Since I am such a young girl, meet and greets will be by approved application only. My adoption fee is $125 and that includes my spay, microchip, rabies vaccination, 1st set of puppy boosters, and 1st dewormer. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption.
