My story

DONNY, M/N, DSH, ORANGE TABBYBORN-AUG/01/2017Donny is a sweet and active boy who can let you know a rain storm is on its way at least half an hour beforehand with his exquisite parkour moves. He is a bit shy to new faces, but once he knows you, he has so much to say. Originally saved from an abusive home, he appreciates a gentle approach but has the personality of a typical orange tabby—such a goof. He prefers to drink water from the bathtub faucet and has quite the healthy appetite. He isn’t a picky guy when it comes to the food he eats, and will not try to steal the food off of your plate as he truly prefers cat food. He eats wet food twice a day and appreciates having dry available throughout the day to eat at his will.  He loves toys that keep him active for hours, but as he matures like many of us, toys don’t seem to interest him as much. He does well with other animals as long as they are kind to him, but is perfectly fine on his own too. He’s an extremely independent guy but has his needy moments as well. He’s perfect for teenagers, young adults and adults who have the energy for him. He is sure to keep you entertained with many stories to tell and will be a loving companion to you and your household members. He doesn’t do too well with young children as gentle touch is his love language. He can’t wait to be in the loving arms of his new owner in his forever home. He seems to warm up to some people right away, but he indeed will warm up to anyone if given some time to do so. He’s looking forward to filling your days with lots of entertainment and can’t wait to share his life stories with you. Each day he’ll be sure to fill you in on what he’s been up to through the day.
